Beginner-friendly, suitable for all levels and bodies :-)
  

You can expect gentle, meditative, less physically oriented classes that allow you to build a strong yogic foundation and experience the full depth of holistic classical yoga based on ancient tradition and adapted to the needs of modern society.
 
  Each class consists of:

 
1. Mantra - to still the mind and to reduce hyperactivity
2. PMA (Pawanmuktasana series) - therapeutic micro movements. These practices are very simple, yet powerful. They bring our whole system into balance. PMA is a wonderful way to prepare for a more advanced asana practice and to deepen the awareness, which is the heart of yoga. 

3.Asana - yoga postures 

4.Pranayama - to connect with the breath, to improve the quality of the breath, and to balance mental restlessness 

5.Yoga Nidra - deep relaxation/psychic sleep helps to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Or Savasana - deep relaxation 

6.Meditation/concentration practice to develop one-pointedness.
 

All aspects of your personality will be addressed.
 

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class
