Mantra chanting is at least as powerful as asana practice. Sound is a powerful tool to calm and awaken the restless mind and to liberate energy. We’ll begin with the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, a healing chant, followed by the Gayatri Mantra to inspire clarity and wisdom. Accompanied by the soothing sounds of a harmonium, these chants provide strength and protection from negative influences.
From there, we’ll ease into gentle asanas, calming pranayama, and deep relaxation.
