This class offers a wonderful opportunity to recharge yourself for the week ahead, harnessing the strength of collective meditation
We will begin with Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique often called "yogic sleep." It gently guides us to Pratyahara, the first step of meditation. Yoga Nidra helps to deeply relax the body, mind, energy, and emotions, reducing stress and anxiety while calming the restless mind. Remarkably, one hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be as restorative as three hours of deep sleep!
Following Yoga Nidra, we’ll transition into a guided meditation, exploring simple techniques to help you connect with your inner self. These practices encourage relaxation, enhance creativity, and bring a sense of joy and balance to your life.
At the end of the session, there will be time to ask questions and share your experiences.
