 Recharge your body and mind in the middle of your day.

We will begin with Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique often called "yogic sleep." It gently guides us to Pratyahara, the first step of meditation. Yoga Nidra helps to deeply relax the body, mind, energy, and emotions, reducing stress and anxiety while calming the restless mind. Remarkably, one hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be as restorative as three hours of deep sleep!

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a cup of tea and a short sharing circle to gently integrate the experience.

Beginner-friendly, no prior experience needed.
