A gentle and meditative yoga class, partially accompanied by the soothing sound of the Indian harmonium. You can expect a less physically oriented practice that supports you in building a strong yogic foundation while exploring the full depth of holistic classical yoga — rooted in ancient tradition and thoughtfully adapted to modern life.We will practice mantra, asana, pranayama and Yoga Nidra, addressing all aspects of your being — body, mind, and spirit. Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep'' helps to deeply relax the body, mind, energy, and emotions, reducing stress and anxiety while calming the restless mind. Remarkably, one hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be as restorative as three hours of deep sleep!
